Consultor / Especialista de Soluciones Corporativas

Dale Carnegie de PR are actively seeking a Corporate Solutions/Business Development Specialist. Reporting directly to Dr. Oliver Trapp, this person will sell Dale Carnegie Training® and services to corporations.

This exciting position is offered in response to business growth, and the need to fill this position is immediate. This may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Essential Requirements:
- 5 yrs sales experience selling professional services or training
- Track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Excellent communications skills - orally and in writing
- Proven prospecting and new business development skills in identifying and closing business opportunities
- Ability to influence corporate decision makers
- The ability to analyze customer needs and craft services and solutions to meet these needs
- The ability to work towards shaping the buying requirements and selection criteria of corporate customers
- The ability to act in a consultative role to educate customers on the value proposition of Dale Carnegie Training® in meeting the corporate's human capital development and training needs
- The ability to work in a matrixed environment to engage the appropriate resources to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
- Ability for overnight travel
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and teambuilding skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- BA/BS degree

As a Corporate Solutions Specialist you will be responsible for generating sales growth through existing and new account development. This exciting position requires minimal, if any, overnight travel, and will give you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients, and accelerate your own growth as well!

Dale Carnegie Training® of Puerto Rico has been accepting applications to instruct our prestigious open-enrollment training programs. Trainers will have a contractual relationship and paid on a per session basis. Selected individuals will receive comprehensive training with the world recognized Dale Carnegie® Instructor Training process applicants we are considering are full-time or part-time business leaders with a successful track record, well-read and knowledgeable in current business issues, interested in sharing learned experience to help others with the time to prepare and become a world-class trainer. The requirements for becoming a certified Dale Carnegie Instructor are:
